Looking for beta testers.

CarTroller is a browser game where you drive a small RC car around a desk with your hands in front of a webcam.

Controls

- Left hand drives. Tilt your wrist to steer, open your hand to speed up, fist to brake, hold the fist while stopped to reverse.

- Right hand picks things up. Pinch to grab, let go to drop. Quick pinch on a mirror rotates it 45 degrees.

- Keyboard and mouse also work: arrows/WASD, space to brake, drag items with the mouse.

What's in it

- 7 stages: paper balls blocking the road, stick bridges, battery swaps, a dark room with a flashlight, fans and boost pads, lasers and mirrors, a big desk lap

- Boss fight against a cardboard robot

- Gesture challenge mode with speed limit and stop zones

- Endless collapsing track survival

- Ghost races and real-time 1v1 races with a friend

- Track editor with shareable codes

The game opens in a new tab so your browser can ask for camera access. Hand tracking runs locally and the video isn't uploaded anywhere.

Feedback I'm looking for: how steering feels, whether the fist and pinch are detected reliably, and what device, browser and lighting you played with. There's a feedback button in the game; leave a comment there and you get an ad-free code.
